Okay, so I finally shelled out for some of these Emerald Black tanks after hearing good things. I got a scoop neck and a racerback. Seriously, these are so much better than my old cheap ones. They actually stay put and feel really nice, not flimsy at all. I tossed them in the wash and dryer (on low, don't worry!) and they came out looking just like new. Totally worth it, felt good wearing them out yesterday.
